As a Maintenance Supervisor with IPA Management I have seen both the economic and aesthetic impact that the Sebright Products Industrial Trash compactor can make to the curb appeal of an apartment community.

At Clearview Apartments in Holland Mi., we had several containers located in the parking lots throughout the property. Every week as the containers were filled trash would either blow around or would be placed around them. Our grounds staff spent a lot of time trying to maintain the curb appeal of the community.

When we converted over to the trash compactor our parking lots stayed much cleaner and we spent considerably less time maintaining curb appeal. Having a single container that only had to be emptied once every 4 to 6 weeks was more economical than having multiple smaller containers that had to be emptied weekly.

We were also able to market the fact that we were being environmentally friendly by compacting the trash, thus using far less landfill space. As a result of the savings and the impact on curb appeal IPA Management has installed the trash compactors on all of our new apartment developments.

This is just a quick note to let you know that we value our 25-year plus partnership.

Brent originally started manufacturing exclusively the Brask-spec compactor, which was based on quality and longevity, not cheap price. Over the last fifteen years, Sebright Products re-engineered the Model 4660 compactor so that it out performs any of the competitors units.

Yes, the upfront cost is greater, but these costs are offset when you factor in substantially less maintenance costs and the fact that the life of the compactor (4660) is extended when the compactor is rebuilt. We scrap very few 4660's so that we receive a large R.O.I. on these units.

Keep up the good work.
