Hydraulic Cart Dumpers/Tippers

Our CD-1-4-16 is the economical Hydraulic Cart Dumpers/Tipper made to lift moderate loads and carts up to 1 cubic yard. This dumper uses a 4-inch cylinder and heavy support frame to lift loads up to 48 inches.

High Profile (HP Series Dumpers/Tippers) are designed for heavy loads from ground level, side dumping/tipping where differences in elevations exist. Two cylinders mounted diagonally to the frame, which provide cart dumping up to 84-inch elevations. The OD Version is designed with a wide frame that can straddle the deck of most compactors including self-contained styles to provide a free-standing cart dumper that can lift large loads up to moderate heights.

HPV Series Dumpers are designed for heavy loads from ground level and side dumping/tipping where differences in elevations exist. The two hydraulic cylinders are mounted vertically to provide a versatile dumper that can accept carts from the end or the side. These dumpers can lift up to an 84-inch elevation, available as a free-standing unit or anchored to other equipment for space saving. These dumpers are well suited for either end or side cart entrance.

HL Series Dumpers are designed for moderate loads from ground level where large differences in elevations exist. These dumpers can provide cart dumping up to a 30-foot elevation. These dumpers can be designed to load from the end or side, as the application requires. Standard construction models lift up to 4000 lbs. and custom designs can be engineered for higher weights.

LA Series Dumpers are designed for heavy loads from ground level and carries the cart over the deck of the equipment. These dumpers can provide cart dumping up to a 16-foot elevation.

Low Profile (LP Series Dumpers) are designed for heavy loads and are usually used for deck mounted applications. Two (2) 4-inch cylinders are mounted horizontally to the dumper frame to lift carts up to 60 inches.
