We’re Hiring 2 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Sebright Products | Waste & Recycling Equipment
This is not a “dial all day and hope” SDR job.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Reality)
- Finding
the Right Companies
Research and identify businesses struggling with waste handling, labor costs, space constraints, or downtime.
Build smart target lists—not random blasting. - Starting
Real Conversations
Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Ask good questions. Listen more than you talk.
Earn the right to move the conversation forward. - Qualifying
(Not Pitching)
Learn how to uncover pain, impact, and urgency.
Determine whether Sebright is a real fit—or not.
Position Sebright as a solution, not just a product. - Setting
the Table for Sales
Book quality meetings for our outside sales team.
Pass along clear notes on problems, goals, and buying signals.
Take pride in setting your teammates up to win. - Working
as One Team
Weekly coaching and call reviews.
Tight alignment with sales and marketing.
Feedback goes both ways—your voice matters. - Using
the Tools to Ensure Success
You’ll have access to tools that help you learn, grow, and win, including: Salesforce for CRM, ZoomInfo for research, Constant Contact for outreach, ongoing coaching, seminars, expos, and more.
Commission & Earning Opportunity (How You Actually
Get Paid)
This role offers real earning upside, not capped
bonuses or vague incentives:
- Earn
commission on closed deals you touched and handed off to the sales
team.
- Commission
is paid as a percentage of the machine sold.
- You
start earning immediately.
- Commissions
are paid monthly.
- Your
commission is uncapped.
- The
more quality conversations you create, the more opportunities you
influence—and the more you earn.

As an SDR at Sebright, you’ll be trained across 13+
product lines, which means:

problems you can help customers solve

You’re not tied to a single product or narrow use case. As
your skill set grows, so does your earning potential.
What You’ll Learn Here
Within your first 6–18 months, you will:
- Master
outbound prospecting the right way
- Learn consultative
selling (no pressure tactics)
- Understand
how industrial buyers think and buy
- Become
fluent in CRM, pipeline, and sales process
- Develop
confidence talking with plant managers, operations leaders, and
executives
This role is a training ground for long-term sales
success.
Growth Path After 6–18 Months
SDRs who consistently perform and live “The Sebright Way”
can grow into:
- Senior
SDR / Team Lead
- Outside
Sales Representative
- Account
Manager / Customer Solutions Role
- Other
commercial roles as Sebright continues to grow
