The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics, and will be able to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete projects. Primarily Mig welding stainless steel and some TIG welding stainless steel in various positions.. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret bills of materials (BOM) and blueprints
- Layout and build weldments by hand or with use of fixtures
- Welds common metals of various shapes, sizes and thicknesses
- Assemble and weld components per drawing specifications
- Check dimensions such as height, width, length, holes, cutouts and ports against print
- Check welds for compliance to DTS standards
- Safely and properly operate forklift, hydraulic hoist, and/or other lift equipment
- Observe all company rules and policies, i.e. safety, attendance
- Maintain high productivity and quality workmanship
- Suggest design and procedure improvements that improve quality, productivity, and reduce cost
- Responsible for keeping work area(s) clean and free of clutter during work time and at the end of shift.

Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of welding materials and equipment.
- Ability to weld.
- Ability to use various testing equipment to verify conformance to specifications.
- Ability to read, write and do simple math.
- Good mechanical ability.
- Ability to accurately read tape measure.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and bills of material.
- Ability to safely and properly use a wide variety of shop tools, including hand and power tools to grind, bevel, fit metals together, and remove slag.
- Ability to safely and properly operate a forklift and/or other lift equipment.
- Physical and visual acuity at a level to effectively perform duties. Be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, squat and kneel. Be able to push or pull at least 50 pounds and be able to safely lift at least 40 pounds. Be able to reach and work over head.
- Must have high school diploma with some post high school vocational training or a combination of experience and training sufficient to perform the job duties

Work Environment:
Skilled manufacturing shop; exposure to moderate amount of dust, dirt and noise; ambient air temperature fluctuates seasonally.
Job Responsibilities:
Final Inspect / Assembler, you will be performing quality checks on machine, assembling control panels to machines, running electrical wiring, and testing the machine to make sure all functions are working and meet the customer’s request.

Job Duties:
Checking machine before entering paint and after paint to make sure weldments are good.
Responsible for hooking up hydraulics and running electrical wires from the power unit to the machine.
Demonstrate proficient use of basic power and hand tools.
Know and understand how to read and interpret schematics and blueprints to complete the job.
Knowledge of electrical systems and running electrical wires.
Testing of the machine to make sure all components work.
Welding
Quality going through prints from Engineering and making sure everything is correct. Follow production schedule and communicate with supervisor on order details, delays, or quality issues.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
- Good organization and time management skills
- The ability to work well independently and possess self-motivation to get the job done.
- Trustworthiness and reliability (must be ready to start work at the time shift begins and work diligently under minimal supervision)
- The ability to be flexible pertaining to operations.

Working conditions PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk; stoop; crouch; bend and reach above shoulders. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Temperatures can vary from cool to warm depending upon the season. The employee must comply with the assigned location PPE requirements including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and closed toed or safety shoes as required by facility safety policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare parts and equipment for paint to include cleaning and degreasing, operating glove box type blast equipment, hand sanding and sanding with power sanders/grinders. Protect unpainted surfaces by masking. Utilize chemicals safely to prepare items for paint. Assist in facility upkeep.
